Job summary

Din Tai Fung Malaysia is seeking a CCTV Auditor responsible for monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage across outlets to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards. You will perform regular checks on staff attendance, discipline, customer service and cash handling, and prepare audit reports with supporting evidence.

Escalate significant findings to HR/Operations, conduct follow-up checks, and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review CCTV footage across company outlets to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards
• Conduct regular and random CCTV checks on staff attendance, work discipline, customer service, cash handling and outlet operations
• Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, negligence, cash discrepancies and other irregularities
• Prepare clear CCTV audit reports with relevant findings and supporting evidence
• Escalate significant findings to HR / Operations for further investigation and follow-up
• Conduct follow-up CCTV checks to verify corrective actions where required
• Maintain proper records of CCTV audits, findings and investigation cases
• Ensure all CCTV footage and investigation information are kept strictly confidential
• Visit outlets when required for investigation, verification or operational audits
