Responsibilities

• Review CCTV footage to audit store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Document and report deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Monitor staff discipline and punctuality; observe grooming and behavior.
• Track operational metrics like speed of service and product availability; report on performance.
• Review incidents such as cash mishandling, theft, or break-ins; collect time-stamped evidence.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports on findings.
• Collaborate with outlet Supervisors, Operations, and HR on issues related to discipline, hours, and performance.
• Perform regular CCTV system maintenance and coordinate repairs with the tech team.
