Job summary

Segi Value Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a CCTV security monitor to oversee live footage and incident reporting within cashiering and receiving operations. The role focuses on identifying suspicious activities to help prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations.

The position requires a related qualification (SPM/Diploma/Degree) and at least one year of retail operation experience, with familiarity in Microsoft Excel, CCTV Software, and ARMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Retail Operation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage daily to ensure safety and security.
• Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities immediately.
• Ensure CCTV equipment and recording systems function correctly; report malfunctions.
• Review daily IT transaction reports to detect anomalies or suspicious behaviour.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents and observations.

Responsible for monitoring, recording, and reviewing CCTV footage to ensure the security of the premises. This role focuses particularly on identifying and reporting suspicious activities within cashiering and receiving operations, helping to prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage on a daily basis to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Identify and report any suspicious or unusual activities immediately to the concerned authorities.
• Ensure all CCTV equipment, including cameras and recording systems, are functioning correctly; report and elevate any malfunctions.
• Review and analyse daily IT transaction reports to detect and flag any anomalies or suspicious behaviour.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all incidents, equipment issues, and relevant observations.

Qualifications
