Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is seeking a Category Management professional to drive customer-focused initiatives in FMCG. You will manage projects, prepare planogram proposals, and analyze shopper data to improve shelf performance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in FMCG, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders. This role reports to the Data Insights & Category Manager and is based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with FMCG/NARTD categories and shopper behavior.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planogram proposals and ensure smooth execution.
• Utilize Nielsen Spaceman to analyze and develop planograms.
• Develop customer reviews and present to external stakeholders.
• Category Management fieldwork and data-driven recommendations.
• Update store level scan data by customer.
• Set up and clean up scan data for new customers.
• Interpret data from Nielsen, scan data and other sources to solve problems.
• Produce internal ad-hoc reviews and planogram compliance reports.
