China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent finance professional to manage cash receipts/payments, bank settlements, and journal reconciliation. You will prepare daily statements and support monthly and annual closings, while ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations and company policies.

The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, good Malay, and experience in cashiering or related finance work within a Malaysian company.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields from a full-time university.
• Professional Requirements: Familiar with Malaysian financial regulations, tax policies, and bank settlement procedures; proficient in cash management and document processing; skilled in using financial software and office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience Requirements: Experience in a cashier or related financial position; experience in financial work in a Malaysian company is preferred.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written communication in both Chinese and English; good Malay communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Strictly adhere to the company's financial regulations and local Malaysia financial laws when handling cash receipts and payments and bank settlements, ensuring the accuracy and legality of funds.
• Promptly maintain cash and bank deposit journals, recording each transaction, reconciling accounts daily to ensure daily and monthly reconciliation, and preparing daily financial statements on time.
• Assist the finance manager in opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts, communicating with banks promptly to handle various banking issues such as receipt retrieval and reconciliation.
• Cooperate with the finance team to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing work, providing relevant financial data and materials to the cashier, and assisting in financial audits.
• Responsible for expense reimbursements, project payments, and salary disbursements.
• Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by superiors.
