Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent is an advantage


• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or management experience


• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Able to work independently and manage/collaborate with a team


• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
