Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks an Assistant Manager, Cash Services for PERES Operations. You will oversee day-to-day cash processing for Depository Operations and Investor Services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

You will coach junior staff, perform validation, manage escalations, monitor performance, and support risk controls. Requires a bachelor degree and 3–5 years in cash services, with NXG/Olis/Caciopay knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise day-to-day processes supporting cash processing for Depository Operations and Investor Services, cash & security tracking, breaks management and investigation of cash across Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions structures.
• Ensure essential checks are complete and outstanding items are recorded and cleared.
• Adhere to service level agreements and coach junior team members (COO, SCOO and intern).
• Perform quality checks or second level validation on output from the team.
• Monitor deadlines, escalate issues to stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Act as escalation point for Cash Services oversight and ensure high quality deliverables.
