Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Depository Operations Services – PERES. You will oversee daily transaction management activities and supervise the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all work streams.

The role emphasizes adherence to SLAs, coaching GG10 & GG12, performing quality checks, and maintaining robust controls and audit-ready records. Working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm / 12:00pm-9:00pm Malaysia time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day Transaction Management administration and ensure accurate, timely execution of agreed processes.
• Monitor service levels and coach GG10 & GG12 to maintain quality and consistency.
• Perform quality checks or second-level validation on team outputs; escalate issues to stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Maintain records and adhere to escalation protocols for operational incidents.
