Job summary

Austin Leisure Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Austin Heights Group, invites applications for a Carpark Attendant to support parking operations in Johor Bahru. The role requires basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, and shift work including day/night rotations of 12 hours.

Applicants should have at least SPM, 2 years in related work, and be physically fit. Training and a friendly customer-service environment are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably residing in Johor Bahru Area.

Key responsibilities

Monitor parking operations and handle parking payment systems

Assist customers and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner

Work independently and maintain punctuality and responsibility

About you

At least SPM or equivalent qualification

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

Prior experience as a carpark attendant or in customer service is an advantage

Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia

Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required

Willing to work shift (Day Night rotate) for 12 hours per day

Basic computer skills are an advantage

Preferably residing in Johor Bahru Area
