Job summary

FINEXUS Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead card payment projects across debit, credit, prepaid, digital wallet, and network integrations. You will collaborate with bank clients, payment schemes, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

You will plan and drive projects, coordinate engineering, QA, infrastructure, and operations, translate requirements into actionable plans, and keep stakeholders informed with progress and risks.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience in technology or software delivery.
• Technical background (e.g. software engineering, system analysis, or similar).
• Interest in the payment, banking, or fintech space — prior experience is a plus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects — plan and drive card payment projects from kick-off to go-live, keeping timelines, scope, and budget on track.
• Coordinate the team — bring together engineering, QA, infrastructure, and operations, and keep everyone aligned.
• Bridge tech and business — work with architects and developers to turn requirements into clear, workable plans.
• Keep people informed — share progress, risks, and updates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Support delivery & go-live — help coordinate testing, deployment, production support, and DR readiness.
• Incident Management — coordinate production issues, incident resolution, and follow-up activities
