Job summary

Digital Bright Technologies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Test Manager to govern end-to-end testing of card payment systems. You will define test strategy, manage test teams, environments, and ensure compliance across all cycles.

This role requires oversight of regulatory, scheme, and risk controls, with leadership of automation initiatives and collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Tech, and Architecture teams to deliver reliable payment platforms.

Qualifications

• Defines and owns test strategy, plan, and governance for card platforms.
• Ensures SDLC/Agile aligned testing standards and processes.
• Ensures regulatory, scheme, and compliance coverage in all test cycles.
• Manages entry/exit criteria, defect leakage, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead system, integration, regression, and production validation testing.
• Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and quality reporting.
• Coordinate data setup, test cycles, and environment readiness.
• Manage test environments and handling of scheme simulators/test tools.
• Drive test automation for card systems and tooling for transaction simulation and regression.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology & Architecture teams to report quality and readiness.
