Job summary

Mastercard in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Specialist, Implementation to lead multi-project customer implementations across APAC and collaborate with CIS, Global Products & Services, and Account Teams to ensure high-quality delivery and a seamless customer experience.

The role requires hands-on project management, strong communication with technical and business stakeholders, and knowledge of payment processing systems, EMV/Contactless, APIs, and Mastercard services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing implementation projects with technical and non-technical complexity.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and Mastercard services.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external customers across levels.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects and initiatives as an Implementation Project Manager, ensuring technical quality of customer interfaces.
• Translate customer needs into implementation activities and guide them through procedures and documentation.
• Drive processing implementation projects following global project coordination methodology.
• Be the subject matter expert on Mastercard products and services for internal and external customers.
