Capco in Malaysia seeks an experienced Cards Migration Consultant to lead large-scale credit card portfolio migrations within the banking and payments sector. This hands‑on transformation role requires deep card issuing and payments expertise, managing complex workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will coordinate migration planning, waves and sequencing, map product features, and ensure operational readiness with risk, compliance, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in cards, payments, or banking transformation.
• Proven track record delivering card migration programmes.
• Deep understanding of the card issuing ecosystem.
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead card migration workstreams with milestones and dependencies.
• Plan migration waves and sequencing.
• Coordinate card product mapping across features and rewards.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and operations.
• Manage risks, issues, actions, and readiness.
• Support cutover preparation and post-migration stabilization.
• Assess customer impact and service disruption risks.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare program updates and steering materials.
