Job summary

KW Ninety Nine Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms. You will assist with car rental bookings, airport transfers, and tour services, while providing pricing, availability, and service details.

Coordinate with the operations team, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery, resolve complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Involvement with upcoming mobile app platform is also included.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
1–3 years experience in customer service.
Experience in travel, hospitality, transportation, or car rental is an advantage.
Fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms.
Assist customers with car rental bookings, airport transfers, and tour services.
Provide pricing, vehicle availability, and service details.
Coordinate with the operation team, drivers and partners to ensure service delivery.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor bookings and ensure reservations are recorded.
Maintain high service standards for customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing inquiries from the upcoming mobile app platform.
