Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome – training provided.
• Experience in customer service or car rental is advantageous.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by managing rentals and inquiries.
• Greet customers, assist with bookings, rates, timing and availability.
• Address concerns and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Aim to meet individual, customer service and branch targets.
• Maintain neat rental counters and ensure presentable cars for customers.
