Fast Car Rental KL is seeking an Operations Associate to manage daily rental activities, vehicle handovers, and documentation. You will inspect vehicles, coordinate with sales/ops, and ensure timely deliveries and collections across hotels, offices and airports.

Responsibilities include updating schedules, handling bookings, reporting issues promptly, and working on a shift roster including weekends. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving Licence (Class D).
• Must have own transport.
• Able to drive confidently and responsibly.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a shift/roster basis, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles at customers' locations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each rental, including photos/videos.
• Check vehicle cleanliness, fuel level, mileage and condition before handing over to customers.
• Ensure vehicle handover procedures and required documentation are completed properly.
• Assist customers with basic vehicle functions and rental procedures during handover.
• Update daily operation schedules, vehicle availability and booking records accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Report vehicle damage, accidents, breakdowns and other operational issues to management promptly.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, servicing and maintenance when required.
• Handle scheduled bookings, including evening, late-night or early-morning assignments according to the duty roster.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Kenntnisse
