Qualifications

• University Degree/ MBA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage query remediation and day-to-day processing of Client Account Opening with nil Errors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless follow-the-sun model and ensure process consistency.
• Be the subject matter expert for MIS, touchpoints per trade and data evolution.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and Ops Risk Framework standards of implementation and process management.
• Audit readiness and timely escalations per escalation policy.
