ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procurement – Buyer (Cantonese) to handle PO requests, track orders, and coordinate logistics from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in KL Central. The role focuses on fulfilling orders, updating ETAs, and resolving PO lifecycle issues.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher and at least 1 year of experience in procurement, with strong attention to detail and relationship management in a technology-driven, global services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education required.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and process Purchase Order (PO) requests.
• Follow up on PO status and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle drop-ship orders (direct orders that do not go through the vendor).
• Follow up and update ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
• Create new parts/materials in the system.
• Process price changes (POCV).
• Investigate and resolve warehouse discrepancies (CWS).
• Coordinate Material Transfers (MT) and follow up on transfer status.
• Monitor and report fulfillment status.
• Resolve issues throughout the PO lifecycle, including logistics coordination and fulfillment processes.
