Job summary

eTeam in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Procurement/Purchasing professional to manage daily procurement activities, source suppliers, and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

You will negotiate pricing and terms, maintain supplier records, and collaborate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements while aiming for cost savings and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 + KPI up to RM 300
