Job summary

BDO Malaysia, part of the global BDO International network, seeks an Executive/Senior Executive – Campus Recruitment. You will craft campus recruitment plans, manage university engagements, and bring our culture to life through events and content.

You’ll represent BDO at career fairs, coordinate with universities and internal teams, and produce recruitment materials to attract top graduates to join our growing people & culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in HR, Psychology, PR, Mass Communications, Business Admin or related field with at least a Second Class Upper.
• Minimum of one year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in campus recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of campus and graduate recruitment initiatives in line with the Firm’s talent acquisition strategy.
• Represent the Firm as a Brand Ambassador at recruitment events, career fairs, talks, and campus interviews to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
• Coordinate talent engagement initiatives with branch offices, universities, student ambassadors and societies.
• Gather and analyse feedback from post-event surveys to improve recruitment activities and outcomes.
