Job summary

HELP University in Malaysia is seeking an Executive to drive international student recruitment, marketing and CRM activities under supervision. You will manage lead generation, follow-ups, applications and enrolments, and contribute to departmental targets.

You will also support agent and school visits, participate in education fairs, and help coordinate events, including budgets, materials and post-event reporting. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of international marketing experience in education industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong English communication; Bahasa knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment and marketing activities for designated markets and channels.
• Achieve KPIs and targets including leads, applications and enrolments.
• Manage CRM leads, update status and recruitment outcomes.
• Support agent visits, education fairs and recruitment events.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets and post-event reports.
