Job summary

BDO Malaysia is seeking a proactive Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist to shape how we attract future talent and bring our People & Culture initiatives to life.

You will coordinate campus activities, create engaging materials with Canva, represent the firm at university events, and collaborate with teams across Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in HR or related field and English proficiency are preferred, with willingness to travel to campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, PR, mass communications, business, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to university campuses as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campus and graduate recruitment initiatives.
• Represent BDO as a brand ambassador at career fairs and events.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on talent engagement.
• Collect feedback to evaluate recruitment activities and identify improvements.
• Support development of recruitment materials and content for student audiences.
