Job summary

Unisys is seeking a hands-on Campus IT Engineer to provide on-site support for a client on campus in Senai, Johor. You will be the trusted IT partner, resolving hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux, while setting up accounts and equipment for new employees and maintaining IT assets.

You will also support meeting room AV systems and Crestron devices, and use JAMF, Intune and ServiceNow for device management and ticketing, adhering to security policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience, 4–6 years in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with hardware repairs and workstation setup.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support: deskside support for critical users.
• Hardware & Asset Management: configure workstations, manage inventory, replace components.
• AV & Meeting Room Tech: support meeting room equipment including Crestron systems.
• Tools & Compliance: use JAMF, Intune, ServiceNow; follow security policies.
