Job summary

Unisys is seeking a hands-on Campus IT Engineer to provide on-site campus support for a leading household appliance company. You will be the trusted IT partner on campus, resolving technical challenges and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will handle deskside support, hardware setup and repair, asset management, and AV/meeting room tech, using JAMF, Intune, and ServiceNow while adhering to security policies.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with hardware repairs and workstation setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support for critical users on campus.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Assist with onboarding by setting up equipment and accounts for new employees.
• Assemble and configure workstations and peripherals; manage asset inventory.
• Support meeting room AV equipment including Crestron systems.
• Follow security policies and IT procedures; use JAMF, Intune and ServiceNow for management and ticketing.
