Job summary

JINTEC INNOVATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a CAM Engineer to develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to optimize tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters, while supporting NPI and prototype development. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics or related field.
• 2–5 years of CNC programming and CAM engineering experience.
• Experience in precision machining or related industries preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong CAM knowledge may be considered for Junior CAM Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and tool paths for milling, turning, and multi-axis work.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Process Engineering to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
• Support NPI and prototype development, troubleshoot issues, and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions for production.
• Analyze machining performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
