Job summary

Arvion Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales-oriented telemarketing professional to promote insurance products and explain their benefits to customers. You will identify needs, handle enquiries, and follow up to convert prospects, while achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes persuasive communication, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to manage objections effectively.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to earn commissions.
• Previous telemarketing, telesales, or sales experience is an advantage.
