One Gasmaster Holdings Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Degree/Diploma qualified engineer with 1 year of relevant experience to support ISO/IEC 17025 compliant lab operations, RMA processes, and calibration activities.

You will handle calibration data, prepare reports, assist with warranty claims, stock control, and on-site or lab calibration tasks while liaising with suppliers and customers.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in industrial instrumentation, laboratory equipment and gas detection field.

Responsabilidades

• Record incoming units and prepare service reports based on findings using RMA software.
• Fill up the calibration data, generate calibration certificate and sticker.
• Record/take picture for incoming/outgoing units and if found damage on customer unit.
• Handle customer enquiries and advise on technical queries.
• Perform physical and functionality checks on customer units.
• Perform calibration (lab/onsite).
• Email Principal for warranty claim and RMA request (foreign calibration).
• Prepare equipment for service (local calibration) by packing and labelling.
• Stock checking and raise orders for stock by updating supervisor.
• Create stock issue if required.
• Collect parts/equipment from store and perform internal checking prior invoice.
• Troubleshoot/service equipment including charging, inspection of sensor filters, batteries and replacement of sensors.
• Soldering (internal battery/electrical components).
• Perform cleaning (battery contact/PCB board).
• Assist LM in ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and documentation.

This position is open to candidates based in the Southern Region.

Responsibilities:

RMA Software System

• Record incoming units and prepare service reports based on findings using RMA software
• Fill up the calibration data, generate calibration certificate and sticker
• Record/take picture for incoming/outgoing units and if found damage on customer unit

Technical Operation

• Handle customer enquiries and to advise customer regarding any technical queries.
• Perform physical check and functionality check on customer units
• Perform calibration (lab/onsite)
• Responsible to email Principal for warranty claim (if necessary) and RMA request (foreign calibration)
• Prepare equipment for service purpose (for local calibration) by packing and labelling the equipment (if require)
• Stock checking and raise order for stock by updating superior in charge
• Create Stock issue (if require)
• Collect parts/equipment from store and perform Internal checking prior invoice
• Troubleshooting/service the equipment including charging, inspection of sensor filters, batteries and replacement of new sensor

ISO/IEC 17025

• Assist LM in ensuring lab technical operations comply with ISO/IEC 17025 Management System
• Involve with ISO/IEC 17025 documentation (Intermediate check, Gas Checklist, Complaint, NC Work)

Adhoc

• To attend site meeting
• Provide demo/training to customer if require
• Find/buy spare part at hardware if available at local market (if require)
• Other task assign by superior
