We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician / Engineer to join our team. The Technician / Engineer will be responsible for supporting daily operations, carrying out technical tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and execute and implement procedures for calibration work.
• Perform calibration work complied to calibration procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct adjustments and calibrations to maintain the accuracy and performance of E&E equipment.
• Ensure calibration activities comply to the ISO17025 standard.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure the smooth and timely completion of all assigned jobs.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Caltech Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 1993 as independent electrical calibration laboratory in northern Malaysia. Since then, we have steadily grown by adding many new capabilities to our services and become Penang's premier full service calibration and repair laboratory. We have been accredited to ISO/IEC G25 on 11th August 1994 by the Department of Standards Malaysia to provide service to our customers in our facility.

We then successfully migrate from ISO/IEC G25 to ISO/IEC 17025/2017 on 5th July 2002 to continuous complying with the ISO general requirement for the competence of calibration laboratories.
