Job summary

Shogime Trading Sdn. Bhd. is hiring for a cafe service role in George Town, Penang. You will greet customers, take orders, and process payments at the cashier while maintaining a clean dining and cashier area.

The position requires good communication, a customer-oriented attitude, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Training will be provided for fresh graduates seeking entry-level experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, cashier, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
