Job summary

EMPAT SEKAWAN is seeking friendly, responsible Service Crew and Baristas in Malaysia to join a fast-paced F&B team. You will greet and serve customers, take orders, prepare beverages, and ensure consistent quality with teamwork across the kitchen and bar. Training is provided and immediate start is available.

Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome. Strong Malay and English communication are required; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Strong communication in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Must be a team player with positive attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Serve and greet customers in a warm, professional, attentive manner.
• Take orders accurately and assist with menu inquiries.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following recipes and standards.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation and flavour at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
