Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking friendly service crew to greet customers, take orders, and assist with cashier duties.

You will maintain hygiene, handle enquiries, and support busy periods. Training will be provided to applicants without F&B experience. This role requires teamwork, good communication, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B experience is an advantage but training will be provided.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
