Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a master schedule tracking five project stages (measurement to handover).
• Monitor site readiness and factory production status; adjust resources to prevent delays.
• Conduct on-site measurements and verify wall plumbness, floor levelness, and service points.
• Review designer drawings; advise on joinery detailing, materials, edge-bandings, and hardware clearances.
• Issue RFIs and propose practical solutions for design discrepancies or site constraints.
• Coordinate with production/draughtsmen to translate client drawings into shop/production drawings.
• Manage client/designer approval before issuing factory work orders.
• Ensure drawings are registered, stamped, and distributed to factory and site teams.
