Job summary

Mr Bagus Malaysia in Malaysia, Sarawak, Kuching, is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for planning and supervising the daily production of cabinetry components, ensuring panels are cut accurately and materials prepared on time.

You will work with site supervisors and production staff to keep projects on schedule, enforce safety procedures, monitor machine use, and maintain high-quality workmanship while minimizing wastage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, furniture manufacturing or production supervision.
• Able to read cabinetry drawings, dimensions and panel cutting lists.
• Experience operating panel cutting and edge-banding machines.
• Good knowledge of machine safety and production procedures.
• Able to supervise and guide production staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily production of cabinetry components.
• Prepare cutting lists and ensure panels are cut accurately.
• Monitor the production schedule and prioritise urgent projects.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure staff follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor for installation readiness.
• Record material usage and production progress.
• Report production delays or issues to management promptly.
