Job summary

Brightmark Sdn Bhd seeks a Civil & Structural (C&S) Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Iskandar Puteri site in Johor. You will ensure works align with drawings, specs and method statements while coordinating with subcontractors and consultants.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and on-site problem solving. Based in Iskandar Puteri, you will monitor progress, quality, and safety, conduct inspections, and prepare daily reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant C&S/construction site experience.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and site coordination.
• Hands-on site experience and practical knowledge of C&S works will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily C&S construction activities at site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and other site personnel.
• Monitor work progress, quality and site safety.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
• Identify and assist in resolving site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Prepare daily site reports and provide regular progress updates.
