Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Site Supervisor in C&S works.
• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong site coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Willing to work on-site and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for civil and structural works
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor work progress, quality, and workmanship
