Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Management or related field.
• Proven experience in managing hospital construction or development projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Civil & Structure drawings, designs and technical documents for compliance and constructability
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on C&S matters
• Assist in construction planning, methodology review, and project scheduling
• Review engineering submissions, calculations and shop drawings where applicable.
• Provide technical advice and resolve C&S design or site-related issues
• Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for management
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
