Job summary

SENA LETRIK (M) SDN BHD is seeking a capable C&S professional to review civil and structure drawings for hospital projects in Malaysia. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure constructability and compliance across design and site activities.

The role involves assisting in construction planning, reviewing methodologies and schedules, and delivering technical reports and project updates for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Management or a related field.
• Proven hospital construction or development project experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Civil & Structure drawings, designs and documents for compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on C&S matters.
• Assist in construction planning, methodology review, and scheduling.
• Review engineering submissions, calculations and shop drawings where applicable.
• Provide technical advice and resolve C&S design or site issues.
• Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for management.
