NITORI Group, Japan's No.1 Furniture & Home Decor Brand, is hiring a Buyer Office Representative in its Merchandise Department to support stores across ASEAN from Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities to engage in store openings, product displays, and supplier communications.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and a basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. JLPT N3+ is advantageous for collaboration with Japanese teams.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandising and purchasing activities across ASEAN.
• Support new store opening projects.
• Prepare store layouts, product displays, POP materials, and merchandising plans.
• Communicate with suppliers on products, pricing, quotations, and delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders and product deliveries.
• Visit stores to check merchandise, stock, and displays.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to support decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Coordinate with different departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Do

Support merchandising and purchasing activities across ASEAN.
