Job summary

NITORI RETAIL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Buyer Office Representative to support merchandising and purchasing activities across ASEAN. You will help with store openings, merchandising layouts, and supplier communications to ensure timely deliveries and accurate displays.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage and JLPT N3 or higher is favorable for collaboration with Japanese partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandising and purchasing activities across ASEAN.
• Support new store opening projects.
• Prepare store layouts, product displays, POP materials, and merchandising plans.
• Communicate with suppliers on products, pricing, quotations, and delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders and product deliveries.
• Visit stores to check merchandise, stock, and displays.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to support decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Work with different departments and suppliers to support smooth operations.
