Job summary

Adastria (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, launching niko and..., seeks a Retail Leader and Associate Advisor to lead the flagship store in Malaysia. You will drive sales, coach the team, and deliver a memorable customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory retail experience, strong English skills, and a passion for fashion. Role involves weekend/public holiday shifts and working at major malls in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder and above.
• Good proficiency in English; other languages are an added advantage.
• 2–3 years retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Maintain and lead a great shopping experience by keeping the store clean and fresh.
• Lead team to greet customers with a friendly smile and share styling tips as a product expert.

About the role

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets. About you

Diploma holder and above

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems is an advantage

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer-first mindset

Positive attitude, willing to take initiative and eager to learn

Ability to work well in a team

Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and take initiative in daily tasks
