Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and building infrastructure across stores in Kedah and nearby regions.

You will lead a team of technicians, manage CAPEX projects, and coordinate with business partners to ensure compliance and minimal downtime. The role focuses on energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and timely reporting of KPI metrics while upholding safety standards for colleagues and customers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management, retail or similar sector.
• Possess A0/A4/ BO Chargeman Certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Manage all maintenance & facilities related activities in stores.

Accountable for building maintenance, infrastructure & ensure all equipment are in a safe condition for store trading.

Coordinate with business partners to ensure all preventive maintenance is done effectively. Conduct safety briefing to all business partners

Liaise with local authority to renew all compliance certificate on time.

Manage a team of technicians to ensure no interruption to store operation.

Solve day to day opportunities & manage online maintenance portal effectively.

Manage reactive repair budget & escape any risk to Area Facilities Manager.

Lead energy saving activities & implement best practices in stores.

Communicate effectively to all stakeholders in store.

Prepare weekly & monthly KPI performance report.

Manage all CAPEX projects assigned to store.

Responsible for all safety initiatives & ensure safe working environment for colleagues, customer, & tenants.

Coach, train & empower technicians to deliver the best.

Accountable for HVAC, refrigeration, lift & travellators, firefighting & building infrastructure related equipment.

Responsible to manage & execute any other projects assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Possess A0/A4/ BO Chargeman Certificate with at least 5 years’ experience in facilities management.

Experience in retail, manufacturing, property or building facilities maintenance.

Good attitude & strong leadership skills.

Good troubleshooting skills will be added advantage.

KPI & result oriented mindset.

Good communication skills to manage all stakeholders.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft office. (Excel/ PP/ Word)
