Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead the daily operations of the business unit and to drive cross-functional teams toward delivery and quality goals. You will act as the main contact for customer communication and satisfaction, oversee NPI, and ensure ISO/IPC standards compliance.

There is a emphasis on budgeting and forecasting, team development, and reporting performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in electronics or mechatronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality systems.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IPC standards.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
