Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineering professional to manage the introduction of new products from design to production, in a Johor facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and quality, and help plan timelines and resources.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and risk assessment, with CAD proficiency and strong communication to coordinate suppliers and validate processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
