Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a Program Manager (Metal) in Malaysia to coordinate between customers and operations for NPI and mass production ramping. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage lifecycle activities to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in metal fabrication or plastics, with a focus on customer satisfaction and project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in program management within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication or plastic injection molding preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Focused on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers and operations for Program Execution of NPI, ramping up mass runs and sustaining.
• Lead a cross-functional Customer Focus Team to achieve Quality, Delivery and Cost targets.
• Manage product lifecycle activities with account health and customer satisfaction.
• Organize inter-department activities to meet development timelines, delivery, quality and metrics.
• Act as main communication channel for customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct account reviews and CFT meetings to track project deliverables.
• Drive productivity and quality improvements through CFT to improve KPIs.
• Perform other duties assigned by Senior Manager of Program Management.
