Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Systems Support Executive to back our core platforms. You will be the first point of contact for system issues, work with users and vendors, test changes, and help improve workflows across Salesforce, Zendesk, Klient PSA and Kingdee.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IS, CS, BIS or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years in business systems support, ERP/CRM or application support.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Klient PSA, Kingdee ERP or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Salesforce, Zendesk, Klient PSA and Kingdee.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues raised by users.
• Escalate complex issues to software vendors and follow through until resolution.
• Maintain issue logs and monitor resolution progress.
• Assist employees with system enquiries and usage; guide users on processes and best practices.
• Conduct basic user training and prepare user guides; support onboarding and access requests.
• Perform UAT for new features and enhancements; document results and outcomes.
• Prepare system usage reports and maintain documentation of workflows and configs.
