Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior Application Executive/Application Executive/Senior Application Executive to bridge business systems and coordinate end-to-end implementation of solutions. The role involves analysing distribution, manufacturing, inventory and other modules with user groups.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics or related field, with experience ranging from fresh graduate to 10 years, and knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience ranging from fresh graduate to 1–4 years or 5–10 years.
• Sound knowledge of ERP, workflow, distribution, manufacturing, and inventory management modules.
• Proactive, open-minded and driven to lead discussions and execute assignments.
• Organized, detail-oriented, confident and engaging, able to relate to people at all levels.
• Business processes, systems, and data analysis experiences & skills.
• Working experience as an active user (or superuser) in manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
• System support, changes, and project implementation experiences.
• Knowledge of system development lifecycle processes.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate, study, understand and analyse business & operations processes across modules with user group to identify detailed business processes.
• Understand application and business processes to identify test planning scripts and documentation.
• Support project management – user acceptance test activities.
• Liaison between users, internal IT, and vendor management; actively involved in UAT.
• Prepare E-learning training material, coordinating and conducting training.
• Maintain knowledge of business processes and system functionalities; explore new technologies and practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
