Job summary

Sunrider International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous Business Services Executive to support IBO inquiries, onboarding, and commissions, while coordinating events and campaigns in Malaysia. The role requires 2+ years in customer service or operations, strong Chinese proficiency, and English/Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Travel and after-hours work may be needed. The position offers daily office-based duties with engagement in product trainings, promotions, and BD reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Education/Training, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, business operations, distributor support, in direct selling/MLM preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST as most of our distributors and target customers are Chinese-speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good business acumen and understanding of market development and distributor engagement.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and work outside regular hours, including weekends/public holidays when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools for training and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for IBO inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
• Assist with product defect inquiries and ensure resolution within the given timeframe.
• Ensure smooth handling of IBOs onboarding, engagement and renewals.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of company events (internal & external) including but not limited to Sunrider Product Opportunity Meetings, Training Sessions, and Leadership Development Programs.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for company events, ensuring a seamless experience for IBOs.
• Validate commissions and bonuses to ensure accuracy.
• Assist IBOs in understanding compensation structures, promotions, and incentives.
• Assist IBOs with business operations, including daily order processing & month end closing, commission-related matters, bonus entitlements and account updates.
• Manage IBOs documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and support company campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Work closely with the BD team to track and report key business metrics.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

IBOs Support & Customer Service

1. Act as the primary contact for IBO inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
