Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven success in system implementation, process improvement, and workflow automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements with user stories and functional specs.
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement and validate new systems and features; lead UAT and project coordination.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
