• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, banking, finance, retail, precious metals, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gold buyback operations across all branches, subsidiaries, banks, and relevant business channels.
• Manage gold buyback transactions and gold purity valuations.
• Verify transaction details and ensure that all buyback records are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with the Finance team and branch heads on gold collection schedules, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
• Monitor existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to transactions, valuations, inventory, or settlements.
• Prepare supporting documents and provide operational assistance during internal and external audits.
• Ensure all buyback activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Provide administrative and operational support for daily B2B activities (KYC, inquiries, buyback orders, documentation, delivery coordination).

Job Description: Business Operations Executive (B2B Business Operations)

The Business Operations Executive provides administrative and operational support for daily B2B activities. The role is responsible for customer KYC, handling enquiries, processing buyback orders, preparing transaction documents, coordinating packing and delivery, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s system.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensure that all required customer documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Handle B2B customer inquiries professionally and provide timely operational assistance.

Calculate the value of gold and scrap-gold buyback transactions based on approved rates and procedures.

Process B2B buyback orders accurately and within the required timelines.

Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other transaction-related documents.

Coordinate the preparation, packing, delivery, and collection of orders.

Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve transaction, documentation, or delivery issues.

Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, customer information, and transaction status.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
