Responsibilities

• Open and close the outlet and ensure cleanliness, organization and security.
• Serve walk-in customers and conduct gold buying/selling transactions.
• Test and verify gold items using company-provided tools.
• Handle daily cash collections and reconcile the register at closing.
• Record sales and expenses in the company system and prepare basic reports.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in recording inventory movement.
• Comply with SOPs and report any suspicious activity to management.

AnyGold Sdn. Bhd. is a gold trading and retail company based at Sungei Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur, dealing in the purchase, sale and trading of gold. We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Retail Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day running of our outlet — serving customers, handling gold transactions, and maintaining smooth shop operations. Full training will be provided; the right attitude matters most.

Key responsibilities

Open and close the outlet, and maintain its cleanliness, organisation and security.

Serve walk-in customers and carry out gold buying and selling transactions.

Test and verify gold items using company-provided tools.

Handle daily cash collections, balance the register, and tally cash at closing.

Monitor stock levels and assist in recording inventory movement.

Record daily sales and expenses in the Company's system and prepare basic reports.

Comply with internal SOPs and report any suspicious activity to management immediately.

About you

Honest, trustworthy and responsible — the role involves handling cash and gold daily.

Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers.

Willing to learn. No experience required, as full training will be provided.

Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Conversational Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.

SPM or equivalent. Fresh school-leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic salary of RM2,300.00 – RM2,700.00 per month.

EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions as per statutory rates.

Annual and medical leave, in addition to rotating rest days.

Full on-the-job training in gold testing, cash handling and retail operations.
